Staying with us now, or booked and have a question?

If something is urgent during your stay — no heat, no water, a lockout, a safety issue — call us. Do not email. A phone call gets a person fastest.

For anything less urgent, like a question about the hot tub, checkout timing, or where to eat nearby, email or text is perfect and we will get back to you.

Office hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET. If it is urgent during your stay, call us outside those hours anyway — that is what the phone is for.

Our standard checkout is 10:00 AM.

Thinking about having us manage your property?

We manage short-term rentals across West Michigan — lakefront cottages, cabins, in-town homes, and a few things that do not fit any category. If you own a property and want to know what it could actually earn, we will run the numbers for your specific address and market, not a generic average.
