The public boat launch is a mile down the road and access to thousands of acres of state land is right across the street. The boat launch gives you access to Upper Evans Lake, which is apart of the Martiny Chain of Lakes offering access to several different lakes from one launch.

The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals, while the comfortable living areas provide the perfect place to unwind after a day spent outdoors.

Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 5 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 5 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

We are full time hosts and vacation rental property managers with a passion for creating a memorable experience. We believe short-term and vacation rentals are the best way to travel and have personally been using them for years. We are always looking for a unique place to stay when we travel, and our goal is to offer that kind of experience in all of our properties.
