Enjoy crystal clear waters, amazing fishing, kayaking, row boat, swimming, and relaxing at this one-of-a-kind cottage on Government Lake. Conveniently located just outside of Baldwin, this location is hard to match. ORV trails are just down the road as is the world-famous Jones ice cream parlor. Grill with friends, relax around a campfire or explore the miles of rivers and streams nearby.

The main bedroom is only accessible from the outside of the cottage. There is no door into the main living area from this bedroom.
No parties allowed. Please be mindful of the neighbors. Only registered overnight guests allowed. 

Please note there is a max of 2 dogs allowed with a $75.00 pet fee.

Please note that you will be sent our rental agreement once you book your stay.  

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
